  • Free Service App for Depression Through Burrell Health

Burrell has purchased myStrength and is offering free, lifetime subscriptions to the communities we serve. Designed for ages 13 and older, it has several interventions (videos, short articles, guided meditation, checklists, mood trackers, etc.) for a variety of topics including anxiety, depression, insomnia, weight loss, stress management and healthy relationships. There is a website and an app that people can access to set up their account using a personal email. Burrell cannot view any of the accounts, even though they are registered under Burrell’s subscription. So, it is private and secure. People have the option to use the social-media aspect and make their profile public, but it is not required.
